A practical explanation of how information is handled on this website.
Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for an email address and a message. You may also provide your name, phone number, company and a topic. This information is used to understand your inquiry and respond to you.
When delivery is configured, contact messages are sent by an email delivery provider to Lauren’s email inbox. The website does not keep a database of submissions. Email correspondence may remain in the inbox and the delivery provider may process technical delivery records under its own policies.
Essential cookies and technical records
The contact page uses a temporary session cookie to protect form submissions and prevent repeated attempts. The server also stores recent attempt timestamps under a hashed network address to limit abuse. No message content is stored in these rate-limit files.
Your hosting provider may collect technical logs such as network addresses, request paths and browser information for operation and security. Their retention depends on the hosting configuration. No third-party analytics provider is included in this website build.
Your choices
You can contact Lauren directly by email instead of using the form. Do not include sensitive personal, health or financial information in an initial inquiry.
You may ask about your information or request deletion of correspondence. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes; any request will be reviewed in its context.
Changes and questions
This page may be updated when the website’s tools or information practices change. Contact Lauren with questions about how your inquiry will be handled.
